21-K:21 Gifts, Grants, and Donations. –
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the commission is authorized to accept any gifts, grants, or donations, from any public or private source, provided that such gifts, grants, or donations shall be used exclusively to advance the commission's purpose and duties. All monetary grants, gifts, or donations shall be deposited in the Civil War memorials fund established in RSA 21-K:22.
