STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One

AN ACT relative to trout.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1  General Provisions as to Fish and Game; Definitions.  Amend RSA 207:1, III to read as follows:

III.  Brook Trout: Charr, commonly called brook trout[, rainbow trout, brown trout, and Loch Leven trout] or wild brook trout.  "Wild brook trout" shall mean trout that are naturally occurring or indigenous to the waterbodies in which they live;

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
