It shall be the duty of the Committee on Environment and Agriculture to consider all matters concerning agricultural and farm problems of the state, physical land use including current use, the various agricultural organizations, the protection of the state's environment from forms of pollution other than air or water pollution, waste management issues, and such other matters as may be referred to it.

Personal Biography
Jim is a retired United States Army Colonel who is excited about having the opportunity to continue his service in New Hampshire. Jim and his wife, Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Tamasine Wood-Creighton, chose to settle in Antrim, New Hampshire in 2015 after 30 years in the Army. New Hampshire’s independent and self-reliant people, healthy business environment, natural beauty, and Live Free or Die attitude were some of the attributes that led to their decision to move to New Hampshire. He is a New Hampshire licensed hunting and fishing guide who co-founded Ursa Major Northeast Guides to bring wilderness adventures and leadership experiences to veterans, youth, and others. He coaches leadership at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Jim is the Chief Executive Officer for Eagle Point Global Solutions, LLC which is an organization dedicated to developing leadership skills and helping to resolve some of the world’s most difficult challenges. In the Army, he held key command positions to include: Commander, Combined Team Uruzgan, Tarin Kowt, Afghanistan; Assistant Division Commander for Support, 2nd Infantry Division, Korea; and numerous command and staff positions in the 101st Airborne Division, Kentucky and 10th Mountain Division, New York. Jim served as the Chief Operating Officer for the East West Institute after he transitioned out of the Army. Jim looks forward to applying the skills he learned as a global leader to making New Hampshire a better place.
Local Government Involvement
Jim was elected as the Supervisor of the Checklist in Antrim, NH in 2016.
Miscellaneous Information:
Jim has earned a bachelor's of science from West Point, NY and master's degrees from Central Michigan University, the Marine Corps University, and the National Defense University.
He graduated from the Harvard Senior Executive Leadership Course.
He is a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
He is a member of the Crotched Mountain Ski Patrol, the Antrim/Bennington Lion’s Club, the 10th Mountain Division Association, the American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
