Committee Function:It shall be the duty of the Committee on Resources, Recreation and Development to consider all matters relating to natural resources, water pollution and control; parks and recreational areas; recreational industries; matters concerning state controls on property development; and such other matters as may be referred to it.
Personal Biography
Jessica LaMontagne has for the last fifteen years worked in home construction with her husband as a custom tile installer and overall designer/builder. We also own rental property in the City of Dover. Prior to working in construction, she was a public health nutritionist primarily working with the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program in North Carolina. Other personal and professional experience was as a restaurant cook, nutrition researcher in Nicaragua, breastfeeding advocate, and family farmer. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Economics and a master’s degree from the University of California, Davis in Nutrition and International Agricultural Development.
Local Government Involvement
Jessica served on the Executive Committee of the Dover Democrats in 2018-2020.

I am married and my husband and I have five adult children and three grandchildren between us. I have a passion for riding bicycles.
