STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the year of Our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and ninety-three
AN ACT
relative to meetings regarding security
issues in correctional facilities.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Represen-
tatives in General Court convened:
46:1 New Subparagraph; Nonpublic Session. Amend RSA 91-A:3, II by inserting after subparagraph (f) the following new subparagraph:
(g) Consideration of security-related issues bearing on the immediate safety of security personnel or inmates at the county correctional facilities by county correctional superintendents or their designees.
46:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
