STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand One
AN ACT extending the reporting deadlines for certain study committees and commissions.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
23:1 Priority and Funding of Projects Included in the 10-year Highway Plan Study. Amend 2000, 309:7 to read as follows:
309:7 Report. The committee shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1, [2000] 2001.
23:2 Relationship Between Public Health and the Environment Study. Amend 2000, 114:6 to read as follows:
114:6 Report. The commission shall make an interim report on its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation on or before November 1, 2000 and a final report on or before November 1, [2001] 2002 to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library.
23:3 Penalties for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Controlled Drugs Study. Amend 1999, 334:5 to read as follows:
334:5 Report. The committee shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1, [2000] 2001.
23:4 Land Use Management and Farmland Preservation Study. Amend 1998, 197:6 as amended by 1999, 23:4 to read as follows:
197:6 Report. The committee shall report its findings and any recommendations for legislation to the speaker of the house, the senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1, [2000] 2002.
23:5 Women's Health Care Study. Amend 1998, 118:5 as amended by 1999, 42:2 to read as follows:
118:5 Report. The committee shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1, [2000] 2001.
23:6 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
