STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Two

AN ACT relative to the applicability of the stalking statute to minors.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

62:1 New Paragraph; Stalking; Protective Orders Involving Minors. Amend RSA 633:3-a by inserting after paragraph III-a the following new paragraph:

III-b. The minority of a plaintiff or defendant shall not preclude the court from issuing protective orders under this section.

62:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2003.
