A RESOLUTION opposing unfunded and under-funded federal education mandates.

That the state of New Hampshire vigorously opposes all unfunded and under-funded federal education mandates, including those contained in the recently enacted No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 and those mandates historically unfunded within the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act; and

That copies of this resolution shall be forwarded by the house clerk to the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, the Majority Leader of the United States Senate, and the New Hampshire congressional delegation.
