AN ACT relative to amending the charter of Dartmouth college.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT relative to amending the charter of Dartmouth college.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
161:1 Dartmouth College; Authority to Amend Charter. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, Dartmouth college shall be permitted to amend its charter in accordance with the provisions of RSA 292:7, provided that the governor shall continue to serve as an ex officio member of the board of trustees.
161:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
