STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Four

AN ACT extending the reporting dates of certain study committees.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

20:1 Delivery of Community Mental Health Services. Amend 2003, 319:150 to read as follows:

319:150 Report. The commission shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before December 1, [2003] 2005.

20:2 Pricing of Milk Products. Amend 2003, 228:5 to read as follows:

228:5 Report. The committee shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1, [2003] 2004.

20:3 Task Force on Family Law as Extended by 2003, 257; Effective Date of Prospective Repeal Extended. Amend 2002, 250:17, II to read as follows:

II. Section 16 of this act shall take effect November 1, [2003] 2004.

20:4 Creation of an Integrated Criminal Justice Information System and any Issues Related to the Privacy, Security, and Dissemination of Such Criminal Justice Information. Amend 2003, 24:2, V to read as follows:

V. The commission shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1, [2003] 2004.

20:5 Boundary Commission. Amend 2003, 103:5 to read as follows:

103:5 Report. The boundary commission shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, and the governor on or before November 1, [2003] 2004.

20:6 Contracting Process Between Managed Care Insurers and Health Care Providers in the State. Amend 2003, 284:8 to read as follows:

284:8 Report. The committee shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1, [2003] 2004.

20:7 Options for Reducing the Impact of Exhaust Emissions From Diesel Engines in New Hampshire. Amend 2003, 18:5 to read as follows:

20:8 Exemption From Property Taxes for Not-For-Profit Hospitals, and Including a Study of the Community Benefit Law. Amend 2002, 121:5, as amended by 2003, 45:2 to read as follows:

121:5 Report. The committee shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1, [2003] 2004.

20:9 Relationship Between Public Health and the Environment. Amend 2000, 114:6, as amended by 2001, 23:2 and 2003, 196:1 to read as follows:

114:6 Report. The commission shall make an interim report on its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation on or before November 1, 2000 and a final report on or before November 1, [2004] 2005 to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library.

20:10 Efficiency Commission. Amend 2003, 1:5, II to read as follows:

II. The commission shall report the final results of its study, including its findings, recommendations, suggestions for implementation of changes, and any proposed legislation, to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, the governor, the house clerk, the senate clerk, and the state library no later than December [1, 2003] 31, 2005.

20:11 Recommendations of the New Hampshire Estuaries Project Management Plan. Amend 2003, 236:5 to read as follows:

236:5 Report. The commission shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the senate president, the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate clerk, the house clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1, [2003] 2005.20:

20:12 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
