AN ACT relative to the North Conway water precinct.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five
AN ACT relative to the North Conway water precinct.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
150:1 New Section; North Conway Water Precinct; Capital Reserve Fund Authorized. Amend 1905, 170 as amended by 1987, 417 by inserting after section 2-b the following new section:
Sect. 2-c. Said precinct is further authorized and empowered to raise and appropriate money for the establishment of capital reserve and expendable trust funds. Said precinct shall be vested with all the rights, powers, and privileges incidental thereto.
150:2 North Conway Water Precinct Annual Meeting Ratified. All acts, notices, votes, and proceedings of the North Conway water precinct annual meeting held on March 31, 2004 are hereby legalized, ratified, and confirmed.
150:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
