STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT allowing marital masters and registers and deputy registers of probate to perform notarial acts.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
120:1 Uniform Law on Notarial Acts; Notarial Acts in This State. Amend RSA 456-B:3, I(b) to read as follows:
(b) A judge, marital master, clerk, [or] deputy clerk, register of probate, or deputy register of probate of any court of this state; or
120:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
