HOUSE BILL 1632
AN ACT relative to continuing the commission to study the production and distribution of biodiesel in New Hampshire.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eight
AN ACT relative to continuing the commission to study the production and distribution of biodiesel in New Hampshire.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
188:1 Extension of the Commission to Study the Production and Distribution of Biodiesel in New Hampshire. Amend 2007, 283:5 to read as follows:
283:5 Report. The commission shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1, [2007] 2008.
188:2 New Subparagraphs; Members of Commission. Amend 2007, 283:2, I by inserting after subparagraph (m) the following new subparagraphs:
(n) A person from the financial investment community, designated by the governor.
(o) A farmer growing crops used for biodiesel production, designated by the governor.
188:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
