STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT relative to funding sources for the commission on the status of women.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Commission on the Status of Women; State Funds Prohibited. Amend RSA 19-B:7 to read as follows:

19-B:7 Authority to Accept Gifts. The commission may accept any gifts, donations or grants from any source whatsoever provided said gifts, donations or grants so received shall be used exclusively in the furtherance of the duties of the commission. No state funds shall be appropriated to the commission for any purpose.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
