STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten

AN ACT relative to combustion of untreated wood at municipal transfer stations.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

156:1 Combustion Ban. Amend 2007, 128:5, I to read as follows:

I. Section 2 of this act shall take effect January 1, [2011] 2014.

156:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
