STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT relative to the Connecticut Lakes headwater citizens committee.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
5:1 New Subparagraph; Connecticut Lakes Headwater Citizens Committee; Membership. Amend RSA 12-A:9-b, I by inserting after subparagraph (m) the following new subparagraph:
(n) One leaseholder in any community in the Great North Woods region association, appointed by leaseholders. Leaseholders shall meet to choose the member, who shall be a resident of the state of New Hampshire.
5:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
