AN ACT relative to medical documentation for a crossbow permit for a person with a disability.

ANALYSIS

This bill adds an advanced practice registered nurse to the persons who may complete the medical documentation for a person with a disability applying for a crossbow permit with the fish and game department.

This bill is a request of the fish and game department.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT relative to medical documentation for a crossbow permit for a person with a disability.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

7:1 Fish and Game; Crossbow Permit; Persons With Disability; Medical Documentation. Amend RSA 207:10-c, III to read as follows:

III. The medical documentation requested under paragraph I shall consist of:

(a) Signed application and statement of disability by the applicant; and

(b) Signed medical section to be completed by the applicant’s physician or advanced practice registered nurse providing applicant’s medical history, physical examination findings and attesting to the disability and its permanence.

7:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
