STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT relative to the applicability of licensure requirements for mortgage bankers and brokers.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Licensing of Mortgage Bankers and Brokers; Exemption Added. Amend RSA 397-A:4 by inserting after paragraph V the following new paragraph:

VI. An individual who offers or negotiates no more than 12 residential mortgage loans in any calendar year.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2012.
