STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT relative to the application of the worker adjustment and retraining notification act.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

146:1 Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act; Definition of "Employer." Amend RSA 275-F:2, IV (a) (1) and (2) to read as follows:

(1) [Seventy-five] One hundred or more employees, excluding part-time employees; or

(2) [Seventy-five] One hundred or more employees who in the aggregate work at least 3,000 hours per week, exclusive of hours of overtime.

146:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2012.
