STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT relative to driveway permits issued by the department of transportation.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Driveways and Other Accesses to the Public Way; Definition. Amend RSA 236:13 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:
II-a. For the purposes of this section, a driveway “parcel” means the lot currently recorded in the registry of deeds.
2 Repeal. RSA 541-A:21, I(g), relative to exemptions from the administrative procedure act for driveway permits, is repealed.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
