STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen

AN ACT relative to school district policies regarding a parent’s determination that certain course material is objectionable.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 186:11, IX-c, relative to requiring a school district to adopt a policy allowing an exception to specific course material based on a parent's determination that such material is objectionable, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
