STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT permitting school districts to advertise.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; School Boards; Policy on Advertising. Amend RSA 189 by inserting after section 15-a the following new section:

189:15-b Policy on Advertising. A school board may develop and implement a policy permitting commercial advertising to be posted on school district property, including real property of the school district, school busses, or other school district vehicles.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
