STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT relative to workforce housing grants.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Application for, Acceptance of, and Expenditure of Workforce Housing Grants. Amend RSA 674 by inserting after section 59 the following new section:
674:59-a Application for, Acceptance of, and Expenditure of Workforce Housing Grants. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no municipality shall apply for, accept, nor expend any workforce housing grant from the state, federal government, or other governmental unit unless such application, acceptance, or expenditure is approved at the annual meeting or a special meeting called for such purpose.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
