STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT enabling the department of environmental services and the town of New Ipswich to negotiate an agreement regarding the encroachment of the town cemetery on state land.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Town of New Ipswich. The town of New Ipswich and the department of environmental services are enabled to enter into negotiations in order to come to an agreement regarding the encroachment of the town’s cemetery onto state-owned land.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
