STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT relative to discussion with legal counsel under the right-to-know law.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Right-to-Know Law; Meetings with Legal Counsel. Amend RSA 91-A:2, I(b) to read as follows:
(b) Consultation with legal counsel which shall include instances where the legal counsel has communicated by written correspondence;
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2016.
