STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT appropriating funds to the department of environmental services for the purpose of funding eligible and completed drinking water, wastewater, and landfill closure projects under the state aid grant program.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 State Aid Grant Program; Appropriation to Department of Environmental Services.

I. The sum of $9,017,024, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016 is hereby appropriated to the department of environmental services for the purpose of funding state aid grant programs under RSA 486, RSA 486-A, and RSA 149-M:43 as follows: $7,321,316 for wastewater SAG 03-44-44-442010-1003-073-500580; $792,116 for landfill SAG 03-44-44-444010-5402-073-500580; and $903,592 for water filtration (drinking water) SAG 03-44-44-442010-1426-073-500580. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

II. The sum of $7,641,311, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017 is hereby appropriated to the department of environmental services for the purpose of funding state aid grant programs under RSA 486, RSA 486-A, and RSA 149-M:43 as follows: $6,093,316 for wastewater SAG 03-44-44-442010-1003-073-500580; $776,245 for landfill SAG 03-44-44-444010-5402-073-500580; and $771,750 for water filtration (drinking water) SAG 03-44-44-442010-1426-073-500580. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2015.
