STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT relative to nonpublic sessions of public bodies under the right-to-know law.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

19:1 Right-to-Know Law; Nonpublic Sessions. Amend RSA 91-A:3, II(g) to read as follows:

(g) Consideration of security-related issues bearing on the immediate safety of security personnel or inmates at the county or state correctional facilities by county correctional superintendents or the commissioner of the department of corrections, or their designees.

19:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2016.
