STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three

 

AN ACT naming a bridge in the town of Merrimack for the Honorable Richard "Dick" Hinch.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Town of Merrimack; The Honorable Richard "Dick" Hinch Memorial Bridge Named.  Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the bridge over Baboosic Brook on Bedford Road in the town of Merrimack, is hereby named the Honorable Richard "Dick" Hinch Memorial Bridge.

2  Signage.  The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state.  However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers required under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.

3  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
