STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to reporting by the northern border alliance program.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Northern Border Alliance Program; Reporting. Amend RSA 21-P:69, IV to read as follows:
IV. The program shall include semi-annual reporting, to the governor, senate president, and speaker of the house of representatives, which includes measurable program results and a detailed accounting of program funding and uses. The report shall also include the number of persons arrested, persons cited, and persons subjected to a field stop or warning. The aggregate data shall also include an analysis of the percentage of the race and ethnicity of persons in each of the categories. The first report shall be submitted on or before December 31, 2023.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
