21-I:26-a Excise Tax; Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. –
The state shall not provide any health insurance plan to state employees subject to the excise tax on high cost employer-sponsored health coverage under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2009, Public Law 111-148, as amended.
