CHAPTER 33 MUNICIPAL FINANCE ACT
Section 33:17
33:17 Construction of Other Legislation. –
Any special act, heretofore or hereafter enacted shall be construed so as not to lessen the amount of indebtedness which the municipality affected would be authorized to incur under the terms of this chapter, unless such act expressly provides for such limitation.
