CHAPTER 53-A AGREEMENTS BETWEEN GOVERNMENT UNITS
Section 53-A:7
53-A:7 Former Districts Unaffected. –
In municipalities which acted under the prior law, the agreement formed remains effective so far as it conforms with the chapter and may be continued accordingly without requiring review or approval by the attorney general.
