CHAPTER 486 AID TO MUNICIPALITIES FOR WATER POLLUTION CONTROL
Section 486:9
486:9 Operator Certification. –
The operators of pollution control facilities shall be certified as to their qualifications and ability to operate said facilities in accordance with rules adopted by the commissioner under RSA 541-A.
