Bylaws
Section 564-F:7-703
564-F:7-703 Amendment and Restatement of the Bylaws. –
Unless the governing documents provide otherwise, the following persons may revoke, amend, or restate the bylaws:
(a) The founder; or
(b) The board of directors.
