161-F:68 Guidelines; Fees Established by Rules. –
Respite care service may be on a planned or emergency basis either in the home of the eligible person, in an out-of-home respite care setting, or in a licensed nursing home. The commissioner shall adopt rules pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to appropriate fees for respite care services.
