CHAPTER 162-C COUNCIL ON RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT
Section 162-C:3
162-C:3 Tenure of Members. –
Members shall serve without compensation, and any member's term of office shall terminate when he ceases to be a member of the state agency he represents.
