Section 188-D:24
188-D:24 Veterans Services Approval. –
The postsecondary education commission shall have the authority to approve for veterans' education and services any institution licensed under this subdivision. The commission may adopt rules under RSA 541-A relative to the procedures for approval of institutions for veterans' education and benefits.
