CHAPTER 205-A REGULATION OF MANUFACTURED HOUSING PARKS
Section 205-A:5
205-A:5 Reason to be Specified. –
The manufactured housing park owner or operator shall specify in the notice required by this chapter the reason for the termination of any tenancy in such manufactured housing park.
