Section 270:92
270:92 Lougee Pond. –
No person may use or operate any boat equipped with a petroleum-powered motor or any boat equipped with a motor of more than 5 horsepower upon the waters of Lougee Pond in the town of Barnstead. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a violation.
