CHAPTER 287-I SPORTS BETTING

287-I:17 Rulemaking. –
The commission shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to the operation, conduct, location, and oversight of sports books. The commission may enact emergency rules, which will take effect upon approval.
