CHAPTER 303 PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS
Section 303:26
303:26 Custodian's Copies of Records. –
While the records and documents aforesaid are in possession of the secretary of state or of any town clerk, he shall make out, certify and deliver copies of any part thereof, when required, upon the payment or tender of the legal fees therefor.
