Section 310-A:124
310-A:124 Licensure. –
No person shall practice professional geology or represent oneself as a professional geologist who is not licensed by the board or whose license expired, or was canceled, suspended, or revoked, except as otherwise provided in this subdivision. Licensure to practice geology shall not be required until after the one-year period set forth in RSA 310-A:125, II has ended.
