325:18 Examinations. –
Examinations of applicants for licensure shall be held at least annually. Any person who desires to engage in funeral directing or embalming shall submit in writing to the board on forms provided by it an application for licensure accompanied by a fee established by the board. The board shall require the applicant to submit to such examinations as it may deem proper.
