325:25 Renewal of Licenses. –
I. Every person licensed to practice under this chapter, except as provided in RSA 325:29, shall apply to the board for annual license renewal. The board shall require each licensee to show proof of meeting the continuing education requirement of RSA 325:28-a within the preceding year. Payment shall be made to the board secretary of a renewal fee established by the board.
II. All licenses shall automatically lapse unless a timely and complete renewal application has been filed.
