LABELING OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES
Section 339-A:7
339-A:7 Penalty. –
Whoever violates any of the provisions of RSA 339-A or any regulations promulgated hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
