CHAPTER 352
AUTHORS' AND ARTISTS' PRODUCTIONS

Consignment of Works of Art

Section 352:12

    352:12 Application. – This subdivision shall not apply to a written contract executed prior to January 1, 1989, unless:
    I. The parties agree that this subdivision shall apply; or
    II. The contract is extended or renewed on or after January 1, 1989.
