CHAPTER 395 LIQUIDATION UNDER SUPERVISION OF THE BANK COMMISSIONER

395:6 Inventory. –
The commissioner shall make an inventory of the assets of the institution in duplicate, one to be filed in the office of the commissioner, and one in the office of the clerk of the superior court for the county in which the principal office of the institution is located.
