CHAPTER 399-A REGULATION OF SMALL LOANS, TITLE LOANS, AND PAYDAY LOANS

399-A:7 License Posting. –
No licensee shall engage in the business of a small loan lender without a conspicuously posted license in the licensee's principal place of business within this state and in each of the licensee's licensed branch offices.
