4:13-t New Hampshire Genocide Awareness Month. –
The governor shall annually proclaim the month of April as New Hampshire Genocide Awareness Month and shall urge cities and towns throughout the state to observe this month in an appropriate manner educating the public about the evils of genocide and commemorating victims of genocide.
