The Energy Facilities Evaluation Committee under the former RSA 162-H was abolished by the repeal and re-enactment of RSA 162-H. The Bulk Power Supply Facility Site Evaluation Committee under RSA 162-F:2-13 was abolished effective 1-1-92 by 1991, 295:3.
